Assembly paste

E-COLL assembly paste forms an effective lubricating and separating film that protects against corrosion and fre

tting corrosion.

Due to the high solid lubricant content, a copper-plated fitting surface is formed under pressure loads. This results in a high level of protection against cold welding and wear.

Field of application:

For screws, bolts and nuts, for plug-in and bayonet connections exposed to extremely high temperatures.
Assembly lubrication of connections on combustion engines, flange and fitting screw connections
Lubrication of wear bushings even with water ingress

Product properties:

Reduction of friction and wear
Facilitates disassembly
Particularly adhesive
Resistant to ageing, pressure, high temperatures, corrosion, cold and water
Silicone-free

Technical characteristics:

Provides best release and dissolving effects up to +1100 °C as well as cost-saving wear protection.
Made of neutral carrier materials, special additives and metal grinding
