JSP AJC160 EVOLite safety helmet non ventilated slide fastener Product information

represents a revolutionhbin safety at work and enables safety professionals to achieve a new level of compliance with safety rules. The helmet is very light and adapts to a range of head sizes and shapes. The interior and outer shell are connected so that the helmet sits firmly and securely on the head, even when turned upside down. This offers more safety and protection during work in strong winds or activities that require high mobility, such as motorway construction sites.

Lightweight outer shell
With a weight of less than 300g (depending on model), the EVOLite® is the lightest industrial safety helmet available on the market.

Maximum comfort
The 6-point Terylene harness system and Chamlon™ Egyptian cotton sweatband with a porous PU surface layer for maximum sweat absorption offer unparalleled comfort.

3D Precision Adjustment
The textile harness system features a unique 1-2-3-point depth adjustment for maximum fitting accuracy in an industrial safety helmet.

Extremely firm fit
The deep-seated neck strap ensures that the helmet sits extremely securely and cannot slip on your head. Available with either the Revolution® rotary lock or the OneTouch™ slide lock.

Electrician
The EVOLite® helmet meets the EN50365 Class 0 10kV standard in the non-ventilated version. This standard applies to electrically insulated helmets for work carried out directly or in the vicinity of live electrical installations (max 1000V AC or 1500V DC).

Accessories
Various Surefit™ protective visors and hearing protectors can be securely attached to the universal holder. EVOSpec® integrated goggles are also available and ensure that eye protection is at hand when needed. Conforms to EN166.1.F.
