JSP AJA170 EVOLite safety helmet rotating lock 1000V non ventilated Product information

EVOLite® represents a breakthrough in workplace safety, enabling safety professionals to achieve a new level of safety compliance. The helmet is very lightweight and fits a range of head sizes and shapes. The interior and outer shell are bonded together so that the helmet sits firmly and securely on the head, even when inverted. This provides greater safety and protection during work in high winds or activities that require high mobility, such as highway construction sites.

Lightweight outer shell
Weighing less than 300g (depending on model), the EVOLite® is the lightest industrial safety helmet available on the market.

Superior comfort
The 6-point terylene harness system and Chamlon™ sweatband made of Egyptian cotton with porous surface layer of PU for maximum sweat absorption provide unmatched comfort.

3D Precision Fit
The textile harness system features a unique 1-2-3 point depth adjustment for the highest fit accuracy in an industrial safety helmet.

Extremely Secure Fit
The deep-fitting neck strap ensures that the helmet fits extremely securely and cannot slip on the head. Available with your choice of the Revolution® rotating wheel closure or the OneTouch™ sliding closure.

Electrician
The EVOLite® helmet meets the EN50365 Class 0 10kV standard in the unvented version. This standard applies to electrically insulated helmets for work performed directly or in the vicinity of live electrical equipment (max 1000V AC or 1500V DC)


Accessories™
A variety of Surefit™ protective visors and hearing protectors can be securely attached to the universal mount. EVOSpec® integrated safety glasses are also available, ensuring that eye protection is at hand when it is needed. Complies with EN166.1.F.
