Sundström protective hood SR 346 Product information

The protective hood is used together with Sundströms half masks and full face masks with filter or compressed air additive SR 307 or with SR 90 Airline. The device protects against splashes of all kinds, both liquid and solid. The hood is made of chemical resistant material and can be used in all situations where a half mask can be used. The hood is suitable for protection against most acids and solvents of low concentrations. However, prolonged contact with certain solvents in liquid form can attack the material. The hood is very spacious so that both helmet and ear protection can be worn underneath. The SR 346 hood is extended and covers the entire upper body. Fog-free visor. The hood can be washed about ten times at max. 40 °C in the washing machine (do not spin).
