Foot protection for diabetics and people with special forefoot deformities requires special properties. The DIALUTION ESD S3 takes these special needs into account and combines them in a foot protection solution to maintain the ability of affected persons to work in the long term. A wide opening in the upper for smooth entry into the shoe, a high and wide toe cap made of plastic to avoid impact and as few disturbing seams as possible to avoid pressure and chafe marks. The removable inner shoe offers appropriate space for particularly voluminous feet. For more sensitive diabetic feet, the washable inner shoe is not only particularly soft, but also functions as an early warning system for new and re-infections. The breathable and white inner material, into which silver threads are sewn, absorbs secretions and does not release them to the outer shoe. This prevents reinfections.

The very thick insole distributes the weight of the wearer optimally and is particularly soft. Often weakened metatarsal areas in diabetics are supported by profile blocks in the outsole. The SRC-certified outsole of the ESD-compatible safety shoe is particularly slip-resistant. Available in sizes 40-48.
