SLICE deburrer with deburring blade Product information

The Slice® deburrer was developed in response to high customer demand for a robust, durable deburring tool. Designed specifically for industrial use, this tool is ideal for deburring sheet metal edges, injection molded plastic parts and 3D printed prototypes. The 10482 is supplied with a 10483 deburring blade (convex) and is compatible with the optional 10484 deburring blade (concave). Thanks to the two blade options, you can use the tool in a variety of ways. The robust glass fiber reinforced nylon handlecontains a practical blade storage compartment so that you can quickly switch between the two blade types. Thanks to the slim handle of the 10482, you can use this tool to get into hard-to-reach places and corners with awkward angles. Slice uses 100% pure zirconium oxide to make the deburring blades (a material much harder than steel) and the thicker design takes full advantage of the hardness of this high-performance ceramic. Slice ceramic blades are also non-sparking, non-magnetic, non-conductive and rustproof. No additional tools are required to replace the blade.
