The ProChem® III full protective coverall is operated with blower respiratory protection (PAPR unit), which is worn contamination-free under the coverall. The double cover panel of the front entry is closed with a wrap-around panel. Elasticated sleeves and legs and an elasticated waist ensure an optimum fit and the generously cut crotch area provides optimum freedom of movement. The panoramic visor provides perfect all-round visibility and offers sufficient space for helmets or communication systems. The blower enables long periods of use and good air distribution through exhalation valves.

The suit is made from our CLF material, which consists of a multi-layer durable barrier film and a moisture-absorbing inner fleece that offers the wearer maximum comfort with optimum protection. It protects against a range of hazardous chemicals, including acids, alkalis and organic chemicals. It is extremely quiet and ideally suited for use in hazardous areas thanks to its excellent antistatic properties. It meets the requirements for the highest class biobarrier defined in the standard and therefore offers first-class protection against biological hazards.

Furthermore, the suit is equipped with ergonomic boot socks for a more comfortable fit, as well as better protection of the feet inside the shoes, a drip edge for safe draining of liquids and reinforced material in the elbow and knee area for increased protection in the highly stressed joint area.

The suit is rounded off by permanently attached RESPIREX Kemblok laminate gloves, which can be worn as inner gloves under robust gloves and are silicone and latex-free. The seven-layer material offers excellent protection against a wide range of chemicals.

Use in conjunction with the Scott ProFlow 160 blower unit is also possible thanks to the universal ProChem design for blower/PAPR units. The air is distributed via a standard breathing air hose for Scott ProFlow 2SC/Asbestos blowers (with 160 l/min air flow) with a resealable cable tie.
