Thanks to the individually adjustable buckle fastener, the shoe can be opened and closed easily and conveniently after the first adjustment using the quick-release fastener, which is particularly advantageous in dangerous situations. The robust and breathable cowhide leather of the upper material can withstand high loads, while the padded cuff prevents sparks from entering. The leather lining is also very durable and breathable. With the steel toecaps, the S3 HI welding boot protects your foot from impact and pressure injuries. In addition, a steel midsole made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel provides penetration protection. The coarse-tread rubber/PU profile sole offers reliable grip and is heat-resistant up to approx. 200°C, and even up to 300°C for short periods. A polyurethane toe protection prevents the material on the toe of the boot from wearing out prematurely.
This ELTEN safety shoe has been tested in accordance with EN ISO 20345 (DGUV 112-191) for orthopaedic adjustments and enables orthopaedic measures. Available in sizes 39 to 48, the Carl S3 HI offers optimum protection and comfort for welding work.
