Product information:Compliant with several EN standards, the trousers provide ideal protection against exposure to industrial accidents. The elasticated waist allows freedom of movement and provides a comfortable fit. The garments can be worn on top of each other to provide greater protection against arcing (-> Arc Thermal Performance Value = ATPV) or to increase the threshold when the material breaks (Energy Break open threshold = Ebt). For example, if the undergarment of an ebt of 4.3 Cal/m2 and an overall worn over it reaches an ATPV of 13.6Cal/cm2, the combined ATPV is in any case greater than the sum of the two individual layers, because the layer of air between the layers provides the wearer with additional protection
