uvex 1 safety footwear of protection classes S1 and S2 protects and supports the human body optimally in its individual motion sequence. On the basis of the latest physiological research findings and innovative technologies, the strain on the musculoskeletal system during work is reduced and the well-being of the safety shoe wearer is optimised. The ergonomic design of uvex 1 safety shoes offers the perfect balance between protection and comfort. The design convinces with clear lines and reduction.

General characteristics:

  • extra lightweight, versatile S2 safety boot
  • suitable for chrome allergy sufferers, since made of synthetic materials
  • all sole materials are free of silicones, plasticizers and other substances that interfere with the wetting of the lacquer
  • suitable for uvex medicare orthopaedic fittings and insoles
  • Colour: black, lime
  • available in the widths: 10, 11, 12, 14
  • available in sizes: 35 to 52

Protection features:

  • Protection class S2 according to EN ISO 20345:2011 with additional marking for very good slip resistance (SRC)
  • fulfils the ESD specification with a leakage resistance of less than 35 megaohm
  • 100% metal-free uvex xenova® toe cap - compact, anatomically shaped, with good lateral stability and thermally non-conductive
  • ergonomically designed outsole made of double density polyurethane with very good slip resistance

Comfort features:

  • extraordinary wearing comfort, to which a newly developed last as well as the climate-optimised, breathable, perforated materials contribute
  • to avoid pressure points almost seamless shaft construction made of high-tech micro velour material
  • exchangeable antistatic comfort footbed with moisture transport system and additional heel and forefoot cushioning
  • soft padded flap and collar
